  1. Do you laminate?

    Yes! We love lamination because it protects, brightens and prolongs the life of your important items. All of our stores have laminators and a staff that is ready to laminate both merchandise purchased in our stores and items collected from elsewhere. Lamination is a great value…only 50 cents a linear foot with a $1 minimum. We can laminate items up to 24 inches wide. So make sure you measure before you arrive.

  2. Is there anything you can’t laminate?

    Unfortunately there are some items that will damage our laminators if we try to laminate them. These items include: glitter, leaves, yarn, staples and any other items that are thick or have texture. Lamination is also not safe for anything printed on a thermal printer. This includes tickets and sonograms. If you don’t know if your items are able to be laminated, bring it to the store and we’ll be happy to assist you!

  3. Do you have any hints about great lamination?

    Yes! Here are a few things to remember: Laminators do not like layers. Multiple layers on your item will increase the likelihood of your item not sealing. Laminators do not like thick things. If it’s thicker than a posterboard, it probably will not seal well.

  4. Do you give teacher discounts?

    Because we don’t want to leave anyone out, discounts are available to all customers through the Teacher’s Tools Reward Program.

  5. What is the Teacher's Tools Reward Program?

    The Teacher's Tools Reward Program is a "Thank You" for shopping at out stores. All that is required to become a member is to register at one of our locations. You will receive 10 points for every $10 (pre-tax) that you spend. There are no cards to keep. We track all your points on the computer. Because we do not sell or give out your information to anyone, you are safe being a Reward Program member!

  6. What rewards will I receive as a member of the Reward Program?

    Quarterly, we send discount postcards to Reward Members who have accumulated 250 points. Reward Members also receive special discounts and promotions through the mail.

  7. My purchase needs to be tax-exempt…What do I need to do?

    All customers making tax-exempt purchases must have a valid tax-exempt form with them at the time of purchase. We do not keep any tax-exempt information on file. Tax-exempt status is reserved for customers purchasing with school or non-profit funds and those making purchases that will be reimbursed by a tax-exempt organization.

  8. How do I place an order online?

    Just visit our online store, create a log-in and fill up your shopping cart with everything you need. We have a wide variety of products available online that are not available in-store. When you’ve made all your selections, just complete your order. If you need your order shipped, the shipping fee is 15% of the subtotal with a $7.50 minimum.

  9. What if I want to pick up my order in a store?

    On the payment screen, you will have the option of shipping your items or picking them up at a store. If you choose to pick your order up at any of our locations, there will be no shipping charge. However, you must indicate your preferred pickup location in the comment box. When your order is available, we’ll give you a call!

  10. Can I use a Gift Card online?

    You can definitely use your Gift Card online. At the checkout screen, choose to pay with a purchase order. Put your gift card number in the purchase order number field and put in the comment field that you are paying with a gift card. Once we receive the order, we will contact you by phone and complete the process. You can also place your order by phone directly with the Catalog Department.

  11. Can I use a Purchase Order Online?

    Yes! Choose the items you would like to purchase and put them in your shopping cart. Select a “purchase order” for payment and put your purchase order number in the specified field. Upon completion of the online sale, please fax a copy of your purchase order to the catalog department at 972-316-0596 for our files.

  12. What is your return policy?

    Merchandise can be returned within 30 days if it is in resellable condition. Returns over $10 with a receipt and all returns without a receipt will be issued a store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot return software or Webkinz.
